This position is in the Law Career Services for the School of Law at the Danforth Campus.
The Content Specialist will report to the Project Coordinator, and will be responsible for editing and formatting student materials including resumes and cover letters, as well as creating and editing content for the Career Center and the Admissions Office on the website, intranet, student platform, calendar, and all types of communications.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resume and Cover Letter Review: Content Specialist will be responsible for editing and formatting for resumes and cover letters for all law students. Maintain process for consistent review of all student resumes.
Student Communications. Content Specialist will edit and review all types of student communications, including emails and online profiles such as LinkedIn, targeted toward employers, alumni, and key audiences as needed.
Content Creation and Editing. Content Specialist will create and edit content for Admissions and the Career Center website, direct communications to key employers, the blog, intranet, student platform, event calendar, and other communications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
General ability to write content from substantive information provided
Organization, technical grammar skills, excellent formatting skills on various word processing software
The hiring range for this position is $14.03 - $17.53 per hour.
