The WRDS Customer Experience team seeks to fill its Customer Experience Lead position. This position focuses on strengthening and expanding WRDS’s existing customer experience strategies. This position includes the following responsibilities: * Develop and implement an ongoing customer experience strategy. * Serve as lead facilitator and liason for new and at-risk subscribers (onboarding, training, site visits and relationship management) * Create customer feedback initiatives (i.e. distribute surveys, conduct focus groups) and use results to improve and implement customer-facing efforts. * Assist the User Experience team efforts. * Resolve complex customer service issues involving important external groups appropriately and competently.
