The Alumni Relations Events Manager will interface with alumni, faculty, students, staff and other internal and external constituents in coordinating events and programs relating to Alumni Relations and the law school community. The role exists to increase the Law School's capacity to manage its events more effectively.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
Required Experience: 3-5 years' relevant experience. Should include experience in event and special occasion management and interaction with a diverse group of individuals. Must submit a portfolio of events created and managed within the past five years.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task large scale projects. Ability to interact successfully with a diverse group of individuals. Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications, caterease software and EMS (event management system) software. Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of Ellucian Advance donor management software systems preferred.
