Under the leadership of and in collaboration with the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager participates in the development, execution and ongoing assessment of a human resources strategy that supports the organization's mission, values and goals. Serving as a change agent for the organization, a champion for employees and a trusted advisor and partner to leaders, the HR Manager leads programs, initiatives and services that support the maintenance of a competent, caring, accountable, and engaged workforce committed to compliance. This position provides direct management to a range of HR functions including employee relations and engagement, benefits administration, new employee onboarding, employee communications and activities and human resources administration. This HR Manager will contribute as a collaborative member of a team of HR professionals focused on maintaining an engaging work environment and experiences that demonstrate Community's values and support our commitment to those we serve.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Six years progressive experience in human resources. Managed care or healthcare setting preferred.
Two years in a supervisory position
Analytical, Research,MS Word/Excel
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships earning trust and confidence of others.
Strong planning, prioritization and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership effectiveness
Solid background as a HR generalist or in a range of HR specialties.
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong written and oral communications abilities
Comfort and competence in making presentations and facilitating training
Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel
Significant interest in developing as a Human Resources professional
