You'll work cross-functionally with the Control Visualization Business (CVB) leadership team and Internal Communications team, with HR, with leaders and peers at all levels on a variety of activities to champion best practices and thought leadership in change management. You'll be able to provide communication counsel to leadership teams and support a culture of collaboration to lead the development of programs, strategies and content, and oversee the implementation of those plans. You'll guide projects so employees can easily understand communications and handle multiple projects simultaneously without letting any drop.

An integral leader on the global Internal Communications & Engagement team to ensure we are shaping our employees' experience, creating high-quality content, across all internal digital channels. We'll use globally consistent branding, standards and communications best practices
The lead for employee engagement, community relations and communications strategy, planning, and program management support for Cleveland-area campuses (Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village and Twinsburg) and the global Control Visualization Business (CVB)
The driving force to create, advise and execute VP-level communication campaigns and change management for CVB
Manage CLE-area community relations efforts (e.g., United Way campaign, Junior Achievement) in partnership with Cleveland-area executives and campaign co-chairs
Coordinate all campus-level communications strategy, planning and delivery
Provide oversight and alignment between Cleveland-area Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Drive campus-level, cross-functional Global Voices employee engagement action planning in partnership with local business leaders
Design and facilitate local orientation programming for all Cleveland-area new hires in conjunction with Global Onboarding (GO!)
Drive cross-campus strategy for inclusion and engagement efforts and initiatives
