Position Summary: Parking & Transportation. The Assistant Director provides parking services, public relations services, and enforcement of parking regulations in a permit-less environment across three campuses and ensures safety of patrons by inspecting parking areas for issues and creating work orders for repairs and maintenance. The Assistant Director maintains work-flow by ensuring the proper functioning of technology resources and coordinates support with campus Information Technology and software vendor.
Provides technology training, support and troubleshooting for parking management and enforcement software and hardware.
Oversees all field operations including enforcement, parking lot maintenance, and work orders.
Coordinates special event parking and special requests for dignitaries and highlighted visitors to campus.
Maintains parking gates, License Plate Recognition (LPR) software and departmental records.

Preferred Experience:: Experience with License Plate Recognition/permit-less environment; experience with AIMS software administration
