The Director, Digital Marketing, for the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, will serve as a key member of the Marketing and Communications team. The successful candidate will develop an overall digital marketing strategy, focused on engaging and activating alumni and donors. The Director will: design, develop, and implement all digital strategies in support of Development and Alumni Relations goals, will ensure smooth operation for the use of all digital tools and applications, set specific digital objectives and monitor progress, analyze marketing metrics, generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic, inform and train colleagues to use digital technologies, ensure brand consistency, recommend new methods to improve the donor and alumni digital experience and ensure all web best practices are met. The Director will work closely with Development and Alumni Relations leadership on digital strategies in support of the University's comprehensive campaign, and partner with program managers on projects such as reunions, University events, live-stream and virtual events, Giving Days, annual fundraising campaigns and stewardship projects. The Director, Digital Marketing, will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications for Development and Alumni Relations and will be responsible for managing an Assistant Director. The Director, Digital Marketing, will also partner with members of the Lehigh University Communications and Public Affairs Office and the Lehigh Library and Technology Services Department.
