Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university by date of appointment. One to three years of email marketing, fundraising, sales, marketing, marketing automation, or related experience. Work experience in a position requiring project management.
Candidates must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. Higher education or non-profit experience, proficiency in email marketing and analytics and experience with student fundraising or working in a call center. Understand segmentation, data, and predictive modeling with the ability to create targeted campaigns. Working knowledge of CampusCall, Reeher, or Raiser’s Edge is a plus. Awareness of emerging trends in digital fundraising and engagement, i.e. crowdfunding and giving days. Goal-oriented and capable of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously under the pressure of deadlines and must possess the ability to problem solve and work with changing priorities and numerous projects. In addition, the ideal candidate will have some experience supervising and/or leading others, should demonstrate great attention to detail and have the ability to project manage multiple strategic initiatives. The candidate should also have excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
