Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Registered Dietitian coordinates, plans, and creates recipe development and standardization according to the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Research, develop, and prepare presentations and materials. Provide nutritional counseling and presentations. Research and write various up-to-date health and nutrition articles.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or related field
Current RDN or RD
Registered member with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Some experience with Adobe InDesign
One – two years professional experience in the medical/nutrition field
Excellent verbal and written skills
Exceptional time management skills
Outstanding public speaking and public relations skills
Daily access to a reliable form of transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Must be able to travel statewide in Michigan and occasionally to Illinois
