Position Summary: Coordinates administrative processes to support the Operations and Communications and Graphic Design department. Position also supports information technology functions and specialized events, meetings and conferences.
Provides administrative support for the Operations and Communications and Graphic Design departments, including managing schedules, purchasing materials, providing support for meetings and service and serving as department liaison.
Coordinates specialized events, activities, meetings and conferences, including support for internal and external conference preparation and registration.
Provides general support and manages business functions for the Disability Resource Library (DRL.)
Collects and manages data for specialized reports.
Initiates workflow transactions, including purchasing, payment and travel transactions.
Monitors budgets, accounts/expenditures and reconciles statements.
Reconciles department procurement card.
Manages IT equipment, marketing materials and DRL inventories. Maintains spreadsheets for inventories.
Provides technology support for special events, activities, meetings, conferences and webinars.
Submits and monitors technology requests (telephone, Ethernet, computers, etc).
Contributes to and coordinates the development of educational, marketing, and public relations materials.
Prepares and distributes correspondence and disseminates information to internal and external audiences.
Facilitates all aspects of In-service/Continuing Education Training for CDD and manages processes for CME and CEU applications and distribution.
