The position reports to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement of Holy Cross High School. The position is newly created in order to help guide Holy Cross in fulfillment of its vision and mission.
Specific expected results include:
The achievement of specific and highly measurable goals in supporting the Advancement department in the key result areas of marketing and communications, event support and co-ordination, alumni relations, alumni and parent database support, administrative activities and public relations;
The daily responsibility for social media updates and communication as necessary with alumni, parents and other constituents;
The daily implementation of action steps defined in the HCHS Advancement plan in areas of fundraising, events and donor support activities, including donor retention;
The ability to work cohesively with enrollment, faculty, staff and the office of the President to market school activities in a collaborative and consistent manner;
The planning for and support of parent and alumni events at HCHS and at various locations;
Assistance in preparation of Annual Report and donor communications and mailings;
The accurate maintenance of all advancement databases and other records;
The completion of additional tasks as assigned by management.
