Under the supervision of the Director of Digital Communications, execute electronic recruitment efforts including CRM (Target X) management. Recruitment channels include managing email communication streams for nine distinct target audiences, as well as texting, videos and social media posts. Review and analyze data from the results of the various online marketing efforts and make recommendations on revisions. In addition, the position is responsible for managing the portal and electronic reservations in the CRM for events and programs associated with the admission recruitment efforts.
Under the supervision of the Director, execute electronic recruitment efforts including CRM management, broadcast emails, video, social media, application generation, online inquiry forms, live chats, texting, online events, and electronic support services.
Contribute to each phase of the admission funnel and support the traditional recruitment efforts of the undergraduate, graduate, weekend/evening college, and enhancements of existing marketing efforts.
Implement components of recruitment and marketing plan calling for use of online recruitment tools and outreach communications in each of the University admission areas.
Participate in review of data from the results of the various online marketing efforts and make recommendations to the Director on revisions.
Seek out new tools, solutions and technologies at conferences to aid in the enrollment and marketing efforts of the Undergraduate, Graduate, Weekend and Online admission areas.
Collaborate with internal IT staff as well as outside tech support who are building interfaces and integration software solutions for use in the SIS as well as development of the CRM.
Make basic edits and updates to the web pages associated with each of the University admission areas.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep abreast of changing recruitment technologies and bring forward appropriate new technologies.
Participate in appropriate conferences and meetings to develop support network in the area of online recruitment.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Working knowledge of the structure of college admissions and of public and private high school counseling.
Strong working knowledge of html and basic computer programming and website development.
