Department/College Description This position is primarily responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategy for the Executive Education Programs at Saunders College of Business. This person will need to develop and execute an effective marketing plan that supports the growth and enrollment objectives of the Executive Education Department.
Detailed Job Description
Lead marketing strategy, implementation and analytics for Executive Education
Maintain and update yearly marketing budget and plan of work for the upcoming year to address all paid initiatives (lead generation, event sponsorship, print, etc.)
Analyze and report on marketing funnel metrics and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Serve as main point of contact with external marketing vendors and RIT EMBA systems
Collaborate with EMBA admissions officer and other program staff to support marketing for recruitment and program events to increase attendance and awareness
Manage and execute content marketing deliverables (including content creation calendar) to cover topics aligned with EMBA and Executive Education recruitment.
Provide direction and edits to designers for the graphic layout of department materials including preparation of specifications for printing projects.
Analyzes digital reports including Google Analytics, Social Media, and email distribution reports for presentations and to improve departmental decision-making
Consult with faculty, staff, students, and other RIT stakeholders to establish content partners for website material and department and program marketing collateral
Serve as primary content webmaster for rit.edu/emba: Manages look and feel, navigational architecture, and content to optimize SEO and SEM results
Develop and maintains a sustainable social media presence for Executive Education

Required Minimum Qualifications
Education Bachelors Degree is required.
Experience A minimum of three years of marketing related experience is required. This is a strategic position that requires a highly motivated individual who is confident, has high energy, and a proven record of achievement working in a team environment.
Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Must be able to effectively interact with prospective EMBA students, EMBA alumni, university faculty and administration, and key personnel at various organizations. Must have strong presentation skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as be an integral member of the EMBA staff. Writing, listening, organizational, and time management skills are important. Computer and Internet skills are also required.
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with higher education, Executive MBA programs and online graduate business programs, especially online MBA programs, is preferred.Hands-on experience in content marketing, website management, and Hubspot integration is desirable. Prior experience in the higher education market is a plus.
