This role focuses on the operational aspects of product development and maintenance. Primary focus will be operationalizing UHC Global's Next-Gen CoC, and managing ongoing federal and state compliance and regulatory mandates. You will assess ongoing regulatory changes, determine impact to the organization and all assigned products, work with regional compliance teams to draft/prepare/file all necessary DOI documents, manage Capacity Planning and all aspects of roll-out and training. You will have the ability to provide strong business leadership, think analytically, collaborate with stakeholders, communicate effectively and drive to results in a highly matrix organization.
