In collaboration with the CLS Director and Associate Director develops and implements standards for language testing across the University. Consults with departments and pilots new testing initiatives. Collaborates with peer institutions to identify the most current and effective methods of assessment. Researches, evaluates, pilots, and implements new testing programs.

Work Week: Standard (M-F equal number of hours per day)
Required Skill/ability 1: Familiarity with standard language assessment frameworks, such as the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines and the Common European Framework of Reference.
Required Skill/ability 2: Familiarity with online and software-based testing platforms; ability to posse appropriate technical skills to support existing computer-based testing.
