The Senior Director of Clinical Enterprise Marketing serves as the strategic lead for ministry-wide and local clinical marketing strategies. This leader will oversee, develop and direct ministry-wide marketing and communications strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership and peer leaders within the marketing department. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will develop strategic marketing strategies that promote our clinically integrated network of providers as well as key services offered throughout our expansive health network. In addition, this role will serve as a strategic partner in driving key strategies to achieve business objectives. This role is responsible for team development, establishing accountability and metrics to track return on investment and support the distribution of reports that help Mercy Health achieve its growth objectives.
Four year/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other related field, Master’s preferred.
Ten or more years of professional experience in a Marketing Communications setting is required, with at least five years of direct staff/supervisory experience.
Marketing communications theory, techniques, planning; public relations techniques and communications theory; physician practice and business/operational insight; budget development and management; advanced knowledge in Web-based solutions, social media, e-business.
Ability to sell to internal and external stakeholders.
