The Associate Director contributes in a highly engaged, integrated, and visible organization that has experienced exponential growth in recent years. With a total Center staff of 18, the Associate Director leads a team of nine central and school-specific practitioners dedicated to individual and group career engagement with students and alumni from the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Business, Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering, School of Leadership and Education Sciences, the Joan Kroc School of Peace Studies. Artfully renovated facilities and a unique 'hub and spokes' service delivery model ensure both broad and deep career impact throughout the USD community.
