Job Duties: The library administrative assistant position encompasses a wide-range of responsibilities for supporting library administrative functions and providing management and oversight of library-wide processes and procedures. The administrative assistant provides support to the library director; coordinates library-wide administrative functions including facilities, exhibits, supplies, and equipment; manages the student employment program; serves as the library Payroll Coordinator; and coordinates library marketing and communications efforts.
