The RULER program manager for Out-of-School Time (OST) contributes to the design, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination of the Center's OST initiatives and partnerships. The individual will develop culturally relevant, research-based content aligned to OST and Positive Youth Development best practices and CASEL standards, and will translate youth development and emotional intelligence theory into practice. The individual will lead and run trainings and planning meetings, and will coach clients to support and ensure fidelity of implementation of OST programming. The Program Manager will maintain project documentation and regularly look for opportunities to increase stakeholder satisfaction. The candidate must have expertise in youth development with a focus on socially and culturally relevant prevention and intervention programs and activities targeting children and youth. It is expected that the individual will stay up-to-date on trends and research-based knowledge to effectively develop relevant, reliable and responsive programs.

Required Licenses Or Certifications: Valid driver's license.
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, public health or related field, 2 years of youth development experience or experience working in an OST environment; and 2 years of project management or program development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
