We develop and execute strategic plans and comprehensive communications campaigns including message development, coalition-building, integrated media relations strategies, and third party influencer engagement. The Role: Candidates would assist clients with positioning and messaging to investors, media and other audiences that are important to our clients; Advise on guidance and disclosure practices; Prepare companies for events such as earnings, analyst days and other critical financial events (write earnings release, script, create slides, prepare for Q&A); Work on high-profile special situations such as shareholder activism, executive changes, restructurings, IPOs and M&A transactions.
Candidate Profile: Equity Research Associates (Sell/Buy side) with experience covering companies and marketing (sell-side analysts); Investment Banking Analysts with experience in M&A/IPO/Equity Capital Markets and strong modeling skills; Investor Relations experience at a mid/large sized company Undergrad or MBA in business. Good financial skills, familiarity with stock market and investor issues; Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail; Must be client services-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Candidates should have 4-7 years of relevant total experience.
