Support the completion of RFPs / due diligences for long-only and alternative strategies.
Ensure maintenance of standard due diligence documents.
Maintain in-house files which support the completion of RFPs.
Maintain consultant databases.
Communicate with relevant departments (investment specialists, investment teams, Legal & Compliance, Group Risk Management, Group Finance, Corporate Communications, HR) to gather the necessary information and statistics.
Ensure consistency, correctness and timeliness of information provided in RFPs / due diligence documents.
Higher education / further education in Banking / Finance.
3-5 years of experience in a similar / related role.
Good financial market knowledge, first experience in asset management is a plus.
Flair for writing / editing financial contents.
Personality: highly service- and client-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player.
Work style: Pronounced quality orientation for final documents including content, level of completeness, accuracy, writing and layout. High productivity, efficiency, structured working manner and respect for deadlines.
Language skills: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), other languages an asset.
Team-oriented personality able to cope with pressure, high volumes and project peaks.
Proficient use of MS Office palette, sound knowledge of MS Excel is a plus.
