Position Summary: Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Public Affairs, provides executive assistance to the SVP and the Associate Vice President. Develops and administers systems for managing and organizing information, scheduling complex meetings, retreats and event support; presentation support; project management of special projects; and communications throughout the Division. Works as part of a team of administrative professionals in service to department.
High level, diplomatic interactions with all levels of leadership in the organization as well as Regents/external executives. Must maintain sensitive information and confidentiality and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
