Direct and manage programs for diverse populations and women that have a major continuing education, professional development, or community service component; oversee all aspects of programs including the selection of curricular offerings for participants, presenter and participant application review and selection, event scheduling and logistics and final outcomes.
Responsible for program budget and strategic planning within the annual college budget and strategic planning process.
Represent college to external and internal constituencies, including program alumnae, and university committees on women's initiatives; direct the council on women's leadership at the college and lead communication, recruitment, and goal setting and implementation tasks.
Manage the NEW Leadership fund and seek external grants/funding opportunities for community programs, such as NEW Leadership Ohio and Ready to Run, and manage all associated tasks including drafting applications, submitting requests and preparing reports.
Research, explore and develop new programs that have a major continuing education and professional development component for diverse populations and women.
Report to the Glenn College's Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations; coordinate and collaborate with other Advancement staff and Glenn College faculty, staff and students on related programming.
