This is a full-time, benefits eligible, temporary position anticipated to end on or before 06/30/2018. This position is designated non-exempt under FLSA and is eligible for overtime compensation. Standard SDSU work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but may vary based on operational needs.
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the incumbent of this position serves as an Employer Specialist and performs the following duties in a responsible and professional manner.
• Strategic Marketing: Assists with identifying, developing and maintaining marketing and communications strategies that integrates the employer perspective into campus-focused programming
• Branded Programming: Supports the integration of economic- and employer-related data and recruitment trends into programming on-campus groups such as students, student organizations, faculty, and college administrators
• Data Collection and Engagement: Reviews the effectiveness of updated programming via surveys, employer engagement and student interaction

Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary upon appointment not expected to exceed $2,923 per month. CSU Classification Salary Range: $2,923 - $4,835 per month. Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department's fiscal resources.
