The Clinical Operations Project Manager will provide oversight and direction for assigned clinical studies.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Interaction: The incumbent will work closely with internal Medical Affairs, Commercial Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Executive staff, as well as consultants, Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), and Clinical Site personnel.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree in biology, chemistry or related field from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing clinical operations, clinical data management, and/or project management in the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven success as a clinical project manager in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or biopharmaceutical sector.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
