An exciting opportunity exists for a Team Assistant - Media on a 10 month contract to join our Sydney based Corporate Communications and Investor Relations team.
As Team Assistant - Media , reporting to the Head of Media and External Communications, you will be responsible for:
Media monitoring, including social media monitoring, and keeping colleagues updated on relevant coverage
Desktop research including bespoke media searches
Compiling quantitative and qualitative research reports
Fielding calls from media and directing them as appropriate
Liaising with analysts in relation to requests for research by media outlets
Management of training
Participating in the execution of events such as financial result announcements and AGMs
Managing diaries, booking meetings and travel, and invoice processing
To be successful on this role you will be able to demonstrate :
