SG CIB is the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Societe Generale Group. Present in over 50 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia. SG CIB provides corporate, financial institutions, investors and public sector clients with value-added integrated financial solutions.
The goal of the e-client services team is to work closely with the e-sales and the voice sales in order to help them develop our electronic client footprint while at the same time supporting our clients in their day to day activities. The team is responsible for onboarding clients in Asia Pacific region on our electronic offer and making sure that the client experience is smooth and efficient.
As first point of contact for clients, the e-client services team is also responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating topics and issues within our organization. Our focus and commitment to the client are key to our success.
Onboarding and enablement
Onboard clients on vendor platforms (Fxall, Bloomberg, 360T, EBSDirect, etc.) and monitor requests - products covered: OTC Fixed income and Currencies
Onboard clients on SG's own platforms, liaising with sales, risk, and trading teams
Administrate credit limits
Assist Front Office in improving security, efficiency and client's satisfaction in our internal processes.
Troubleshoot client queries on their FX, Fixed Income, Rates, and Commodity deal processing on electronic trading platforms
Liaise with vendors on issues with their platforms
Escalate issues to Technology team with proper feedback and ensure follow up of the issues
Internal communication on various topics with Sales, Trading teams, COO, Risk, Technology, Middle/Back Office
Monitor trading limits and price distribution
Maintain existing client base and updating trading setups when necessary
Handle a wide spectrum of client problems
Capture client feedback
Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or similar
Knowledge of Financial products is a plus
Attentive to details and multi-task skill - being able to handle different topics at the same time is crucial
High level of energy and reactivity required for handling day to day issues efficiently
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to incidents and urgent matters
Able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills, sense of service, and flexible
Strong team spirit and eager to learn
Fluent English is mandatory
This is a fixed term 12 month Trainee contract with Societe Generale. You will form part of the team on a full time basis. In order to apply for the Trainee position please ensure you have completed your qualification and will be available to work full time for the duration of the Trainee contract.
